Troubleshooting Design Settings Overridden Somewhere?

    Hello all! I hope someone can help me troubleshoot the design of my website not showing up properly. When I preview the website while editing, everything looks great. However, when I publish and view it on either my phone, Firefox, or Chrome after purging the cache and not being logged in, several design elements aren’t matching up. I’ve added one element of what I mean to the bottom of the maintenance version of my website here: https://goldenirisportraits.com/ Current problem:

    How it should look:

    The image should be full-width and the text overlaying. Other design elements aren’t showing up properly, including text and background colors not being the correct color applied on the back-end.

    I had copied the exact same theme, plugins and settings from my previous website here: https://allisonhall.ch/ But when I cross-check everything nothing seems to be overridding anything. I’ve disinstalled plugins and gone through all my theme’s settings (Neve).
