Troubleshooting Export

  I want to back up my blog on an external hard drive. When i use “export”, the message comes back that it ‘can’t find the file’. What am I doing wrong?

  It’s possible that your site is too large to export using our regular tool. I will ask our developers to generate a backup for you and we’ll send it to you by email when it’s ready. Thanks for your patience.
