Troubleshooting: still can't change domain name

  I am still having trouble changing the domain name of my site. I am now able to view my webpage (current domain = ambitionkitchen.wordpress.com), however there is no visible way for me to access any type of change to the blog. I really would like some help on this. Please?

  To change a blog URL ending in wordpress.com, please follow these steps. Another alternative is to purchase a custom domain name to take “wordpress” out of the domain altogether.
