troubling of upgrade and payment

    Dear WordPress,
    I started my personal plan at 48euros on Jan (paid by my credit card)
    on Feb 18, I paid extra 48euros by error. My intention was to upgrade to Business plan, but made an error while clicking on premium. I paid by paypal. When I knew instantly I made error, I cancelled the Paypal payment. Then now I find out, that my plan is only free, without event the initial ‘personal’ plan I purchased on 27th Jan. What’s happening? I can even not upgrade what so ever, I see only ‘blocked, you should pay backcharge of 20 euros + 96 euros for premium plan’. My aim is to get the business plan. What to do????

    Hi there,

    You filed a dispute with either PayPal or your bank, so we have issued you a charge back fee issued on your account.

    Whenever this happens, feel free to contact us for a refund instead of PayPal because they see it as you having a dispute with us for charging you inappropriately and they charge us $20 – which is why we charge the fee.

    I have lifted the chargeback from your account so that you can use the personal plan as well as upgrade to business plan if you so choose.
