troubling to install plugin

  hello, please guide me how to install plugin i watched some YouTube tutorial but they all showing option of install plugin but in my case the install button is not showing. How can i install some plugin. Thanks

  Sadly, only sites with the Business Plan can upload custom plugins. However, all sites do get access to some plugins automatically.

  There are also some incompatible plugins to be aware of which cannot be used on WordPress.com entirely. Those are listed here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incompatible-plugins/
