Troubling with my domain forwarding to my outlook email

    Hi,
    I am starting a small business and have created a couple of email addresses for staff from my web domain on WordPress and forwarded them to an outlook address. The issue I am having is that only about 20% of emails sent to my email address actually come through (all senders say the emails have sent successfully). I have contacted outlook and they are unable to find anything they think may be contributing. Would love to hear if anybody else is having this issue and how they resolved it? My business is opening in 3 weeks so I really need to get my email sorted.

    Hi there,

    I don’t see anything wrong with the email forward setup, so you should check the email’s spam folder. If the forwarded messages are not landing in there, then I would check the email’s filter rules. Some email providers (Outlook, for example) have some very strict spam filtering rules that can cause issues with forwarding emails.
