Truly minimal theme "posted in" metadata disappeared from post

  Hello, I downloaded the truly minimal theme from wordpress.com recently for my new site I’m building but host myself. (Didn’t get a reply from wordpress.org forum). I notice that the “posted in [category]” has disappeared from the bottom of posts (though the “tags” still show). The “posted in …” was showing recently on my site and you can see them show on the demo pic here too so I’m not sure if this is due to the upgrade to 4.0 version of wordpress? Could someone please tell me what code I need to tweak so this can show again at the bottom of each post. Thanks so much. My website is http://www.fransworld.com
