Try cancel upgrade premium

I tried to cancel my upgrade to premium and when i click on confirmation in the email I received, it show me contact the support team. I want to cancel the upgrade premium. Thank you.

Hello there! I removed the free Premium trial subscription connected with your site: memoriartefotografiafestainfantil.com.
However, I left your domain and mapping for memoriartefotos.com in place. These did incur a charge of $18. I didn’t want to cancel those without hearing from your first, as that deletion is permanent.
If we cancel your newly-registered domain, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > My Domains in your dashboard.
