tryiing to get my deleted blog site back?

I forgot I had more than one acct on wordpress so when created the blog i noticed i was signed in under the wrong user name which I will not be using for this blog so I deleted it and then signed in under the correct one but now its not available?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sites already deleted by their authors two or more years ago may become available again, if they present no username or other technical conflicts. Do you see a deleted site https://deletedexample1234.wordpress.com/ with an address you would like to have? You can try registering a new site with that address here. http://wordpress.com/start If it is available, it will be yours.
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated here.
You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
