Trying CSS to Hide Tags But Not Working

    Hello,

    I have gone into my CSS editor and pasted the following:

    footer.entry-meta {
    display:none;
    }

    .post-data {
    display: none;
    }

    And it’s still not working.

    I would like to remove tags from under my posts.

    That is not a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. You are posting to the wrong support forum and reading the wrong support documentation. We do not provide support at WordPress.COM for any installs of WordPress.ORG software. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs being hosted right here on this multiuser blogging platform.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names.
