Trying desperately to create an account, why is this so hard?

Help! I can’t create an account. I want them GIVE YOU MONEY!!! But they won’t let me. Someone please contact me. I am trying to create a premium account. 14 day trial was advertised but it wouldn’t go through, giving me no reason why. Tried to delete account but couldn’t do it. Now I’m stuck with the basic account and a random blog URL from when I tried to cancel it.

You can try any participating upgrade for a 14-day trial period, at no charge.
You will be asked to provide payment information when starting the trial, but you will not be charged until the 14-day trial period is up. If you cancel before the period is up, you will not be charged at all.
We will send you an email reminder one day before you will be charged.
You can cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard to access Store → My Upgrades and Store → Billing History.

Thanks for your reply, managed to get it working but had no option for 14 day trial (which is what I wanted in the first place).
Had a play with the themes etc but found them too restrictive, have cancelled my premium membership now to try a different route.
