Trying this again, non-premium member trying to restore blog during error in rec

  This may be repeating myself, I just tried to make a forum post of essentially the same topic, but I’m trying to make sure there wasn’t any blocking or interference. I just restored my WordPress site (where my blog had been) and where I was directed to for deleted site recovery it showed me there were no sites on the list. I followed the guidance from the AI chatbot and it said that it’s odd that it wasn’t restored within the 30 day time frame (I tried another browser and it said the page doesn’t exist). It is March 1st today, I deleted my account on February 6th. The last bit of advice was contacting a WordPress support human but that’s only available for Premium members. Does this happen to poor or non-premium members, however frequent or non-frequent? Is it possible my account was already accessed (though that would be unlawful) and was tampered with? And, if so, would there be a way to find out?
