  Hi, We have been using you to host our website tootsweets.shop but the designer has moved things away. But I’m trying to access the back end to check on some orders. Can you help?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  That site isn’t hosted at WordPress.com. It may be using the free wordpress software like millions of other sites at hundreds of other hosts do.

  Thanks for the reply. It was hosted on WordPress originally but has now moved accross. But the WordPress account is still active and I’m trying to access the old orders
