Trying to access account made with this same email

  Hello please,

  I really need specialized support. The transaction number I have on my bank statement is Xk7j0n2t5k but doesn’t work with the form. I paid 99 for WP services and have no copy of the receipt.

  My situation is unique because I made an account with, I believe, this same email address but I never got the activation link because the Google account I createed to mange this site was on a security hold. I need to access the domain http://www.spinningplaterecords.com. Please help me WordPress, I have been a long term customer for my own website and I am trying to set up a small business with your services. What may have gone wrong is I logged in with google at first, and then accidentally made a second account with the same email. I am not sure because I was unable to verify. The transaction was made on Feb 23, at 3:20 pm. I made the account the same day as well. I need to access spinningplaterecords.com and my services.

  PLEASE! I know this is annoying for everyone. Please look into this, and escalate the situation if needed. I looked into everything I could and contacting you here was a last resort. I just paid for your services a second time just to access the services I already paid for.
