Trying to access Guided Transfer

  Hi,
  I’d like to monetise my blog, so want to transfer it to Siteground. They suggest using Guided Transfer and I’m keen to take that option as I’m not ultra technical and don’t want to take risks with my long-running blog.
  I can’t find the Guided Transfer under Tools, Export, even though I have returned the site to default fonts and it’s a free Hemingway Rewritten theme.

  You can purchase the guided transfer in your dashboard in Tools → Export.

  I can see you have taken the necessary steps to have the Guided Transfer option and it’s not still displaying. I have tagged this thread with modlook for a staff to follow-up.   (Note: If you don’t see the Guided Transfer option on that page, you likely have a Premium Theme or use Custom Fonts, which do not transfer. If you use a Premium Theme, you’ll need to switch your site to a free theme. If you use Custom Fonts, you’ll need to switch back to your theme’s default fonts. Once you do, you can add the Guided Transfer upgrade to your shopping cart.)

  My understanding is that it’s currently off because staff is doing training this week, so their time for processing things like this is limited. The option to buy it will likely open again soon! I’d check back on Monday.

  I can’t find the Guided Transfer under Tools, Export

  Our Guided Transfer service is currently unavailable but it should be available for purchase again around the 19th September 2017. If the site needs to be transferred sooner, this guide to moving from WordPress.com to a self hosted site might be useful:
