Trying to access multiple wordpress sites from one account

    I have several different sites hosted by WordPress and I used to be able to switch between them in the ‘My Sites’ menu in the main dashboard. However, after updating to the latest version of WordPress on all of them I am getting red ‘X’ error messages on them in the menu and when I click on it to switch it says the site cannot be accessed. Does anyone know how to make it so I can access all my sites from the main account again?

    Hi @dougsakmann,

    If you have several WordPress.com sites, these should be updated by the WordPress team automatically, with no need for you to do anything to keep your sites up to date with the latest updates.

    What do you mean when you say you have updated to the latest version of WordPress? Do you have self hosted sites you have connected to your WordPress.com account with Jetpack? In that case you would have to update your sites to the latest version of WordPress.
