Trying to access my website

    I have an issue with my website. I had signed up with wordpress a while ago and was running a website. I paid for 3 years of hosting with Secure Online Hosting company. I used the site for a while and then started college and stopped using it. I thought it had been shut down and lost. I signed with the same company with a new site and they informed me that my older site was still operational. the site is active but i cant access it. i have forgotten my password. here is the big issue. the email i used for signing in to edit the site through wordPress got hacked and i lost it, yahoo shut it down. I created a new email to use. Now i can’t log in to edit and update my old site because i dont have the password and the email is not usable either. the old site is http://www.laidoffandpaidoff.com and the old email was (email visible only to moderators and staff). My new site is http://www.MindBodyandWallet.net and my new email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). i really want access to my old site so i can update and use it along with my new site. is there anything you can do to help me get this sorted out? I can provide information to verify who I am to get this website back under my control. my home phone is (270) 692-4757 and im usually home through the week (mon – thur). i work 6am – 6pm fri-sun. i use the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff). if there is anything that can be done to make this work i will greatly appreciate it since i have paid for the hosting and still want to be able to use the site to promote my business. Thank you for your time and assistance and i hope to hear from someone soon.

    it looks like neither of your sites is hosted on WordPress.COM. Instead you have built self-hosted sites using WordPress.org software. (here’s the difference) I’m afraid that means no one here will be able to help you.

    Your best bet is to contact your hosting company and see if they can help you.

    Sorry I don’t have better news.
