Trying to Access my WordPress Account

Dear WordPress, I have an unusual issue. I’m trying to access my website that is created using your service, but I don’t have any of the login information. I contracted out the building of the website to a company but they are no longer in business and I have no one to contact regarding my login information. It is hosted through GoDaddy, and the site is wemachine.com. I’d really hate to have to start the website over from scratch, but I need to make some updates and I can’t do so without my WordPress login information. I will do my best to prove ownership upon request. Thank you!

As you mentioned, wemachine.com is hosted with GoDaddy. It’s a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site and not hosted with WordPress.com.

That’s not the issue. It’s my WordPress account that I can’t login with. I probably should’ve specified. Don’t I need a WordPress login to edit the site and change things?

Yes, you do need a WordPress login to login to your site. Although, as I specified earlier, your site is a WordPress.org site and is hosted with GoDaddy.
It’s not hosted with WordPress.com. You can learn the differences between a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site and a WordPress.com site here.
Your WordPress.com login (eliwells412 and password for eliwells412) will not work for that site, unless you have Jetpack installed.
You can try resetting the password on this page http://wemachine.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

The problems is that there must be an account with WordPress, but it’s not this one. I made this account solely to try and contact someone who works with WordPress, ideally a moderator. There is no phone number for a customer or customer service unless you log into a paying account. I’m already paying for a website created by WordPress, but it’s currently inaccessible since I don’t have any of the login information, not even an e-mail address. Like I said, a private company made my website and has gone out of business since doing so. I just want access to my website and my account in order to work on it.
