Trying to access plugins

  Hi,
  I am trying to access a plugin on our site but they do not show up at all. I did research and was told it may be the provider we use that prevents us from having access to a plugin? I just really want to create new tabs/pages for whatever we are working on and for some reason cannot do that. For example, contact us page or a blog page. I do not know why we cannot do that. Our website is flnow.org
  Please help us.

  Unfortunately, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It’s using the open-source WordPress.org software.
