trying to access subscription content

  i am no longer able to see subscription content that i pay for.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi @savellone14, what happens when you try to access the content?

  Typically if you are subscribed and it asks you to logo in, you’ll just need to enter your email address. Use the one here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  If that does not work, can you share more details?

  i’m logged in. it says to subscribe. when i click subscribe, it says im already subscribed but doesnt show me the content…

  furthermore, it’s saying hat my subscription is due Nov 20, 2023, which has passed. but i’ve already paid it..maybe ill just cancel and sub from a differen email?
