Trying to access the domain tab in plans

Is there anyone else having trouble accessing the domain tab in plans.
I am trying to cancel my mapping for my sub domain but when I click on the domain tab under plans, it flashes repeatedly. I have tried opening it in a sub tab and using other platforms such as mobile and windows PC but the same thing happens.Someone please advise on cancelling my sub domain being mapped.
