trying to access woocommerce help. apparently I dont have a wordpress.com login

  SO I am having issues with my shipping and woocommerce… I obviously have a wordpress site and hosting using ventra ip.
  Now it is asking me to sign in using wordpress.com to access help and support apparently my wp-admin sign in doesn’t exsist as an account?
  I am so confused!!!
  I can log into wp-admin but wont let me sign up or in for wordpress.com???? I have had to link this to my google account

  Can you please share the link to your website?

  And if you use VentraIP, it means you use the self-hosted WordPress version.

  These are the forums for the website hosted on WordPress.com.

  Please use the WordPress.org forums. https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  As you have mentioned, the problem is related to WooCommerce, you can directly contact their support which requires you to log in to a WordPress.com account.

  Just use the one you have posted this thread.
