Trying to add a custom HTML, and it backfires
-
I am trying to add a Go Fun Me by embedding a HTML code. I researched and was told to utilize widget, and add a custom HTML. I tried it. When I press preview, it looks just fine. As soon as I go to my website, it looks like a broken link.
Another problem I’m having is my widgets look strange. They are invisible and I can’t scroll down without them disappearing.
How do I get the widget to work and how do I visualize my widgets?
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

By the way, the widgets look invisible only when I’m customizing or editing, both in my dashboard and the quick method.

You’ll need a paid Business or eCommerce plan to embed code like that: https://wordpress.com/support/code/
Instead, for GoFundMe, I recommend an Image https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/image-block/ or Button block: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/buttons-block/
Both will allow you to link and image or a button to your GoFundMe page.
