  Hi there,

  We have two options to add a donation button on a Premium Plan site.

  First is our Pay with PayPal block:

  https://wordpress.com/support/pay-with-paypal/

  And the other is using our Payments block that uses Stripe as the payment processor:

  https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/payments/

  Can you tell me which one you’re trying to add, where on your site you’re adding it, and what exactly is going wrong?

  Or are you trying to add your own button for another service, like Patreon or similar? In that case, you’ll want to use a Button block, and add the donation link you received from that service as the button URL:

  https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/buttons-block/
