Trying to add a menu option

    I’m using theme Twenty Eleven and trying to add a new option to my menu, but cannot figure out how to get it to appear beside “About”, “Blog”, etc. And once I figure out how to add a new menu option, how do I add additional options under the main menu option?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You may create your own custom menu by following this guide.

    With the custom menu, you can add menu items for posts and pages on your site. You can even add a menu item that links to an external page.
