trying to add a new subject

  hi
  i was try to send an subject but suddenly a white page i got and it asked me to refresh because there is a system error and if i failed to by pass it i shall send an email to you

  Sorry about that – there was a short network issue which lasted about 3 minutes that probably caused that error. Everything should be working fine now though. If you are still having trouble, please let us know.
