Trying to add a user

  I sent a user invite, but, in error, as an administrator rather than as a contributor. So, then deleted and re-invited as a contributor, but the user hasn’t managed to log in.
  He has commented recently, and I wasn’t required to moderate, so something is not quite right.
  He’s really keen to get involved, and I need someone to share the load with. Also, some of the articles he’s written are becoming out-of-date.
  I sent an inquiry before, but got no reply.

  I’d really appreciate some help with this. I’m sure it can be resolved fairly easily

  I see another user on your blog with win[…] as a username. If he can login to WordPress.com, he should be able to access your Dashboard as wel.
