Trying to add administrator

  I’m trying to add a fellow user as an administrator, but wordpress says she’s not a user. I know for a fact she is. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Thanks so much for the help!

  Are you using the same email to invite her as she used on her WordPress.com account? If not, there’s your problem. Have her double check the emails on her account to be sure.

  And do be aware that an admin can remove you from your blog.

  This is not a situation in which we would intervene if it all goes wrong so be very very sure.
