Trying to add an existing domain to a WordPress blog

  I can’t register my existing domain on WordPress.
  From the regitrar I see ‘Connection Refused’ when changing the NS to the WordPress’.
  If I try to add on WordPress, I get that the NS is not pointing to WordPress’ NS.
