Trying to add CCPA Opt-out (Do Not Sell My Information link)

  Dear WordPress

  I’m trying to add the CCPA Opt-out widget to my website, but I can’t find where to place the CCPA Opt-out code to my website, I’ve tried looking for the javascript settings and I can’t find it.
  The theme I’m using my have blocked access to this feature. I need help with this.

  You can’t use javascript on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the Creator Plan.
