Trying to add Elementor

  This app is supposed to be free but it is forcing me to upgrade to add a plugin. Please advise how I can add Elementor for free as is advertised. Thanks

  You can get a very limited Elementor for free. But if you want to install third party plugins on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/
