Trying to add header image AND color

  basically I am very new to this. I am using the Hemingway Rewritten theme.

  I have color matched to make the page grey. But, it is also changing the other half of the header grey because the image does not cover this. I want to make it white so that everything above the black line is white, and below is grey.

  Given the way the HTML and CSS are structured, I would suggest redoing your header image and make the white background on it full width. You can keep your image elements to the left if that is your desire. Your image should be 1280px x 426px.

  You will need to make a new header image in an image editing program on your computer, or modify the one you have now. Did you make the original image you have been using? If so, you would use the same program as you used for that.
