Trying to add paypal pay button to site
-
I am trying to add generated code from paypal to one of my sites but when I save it, it strips out a lot of the code and just leaves a table without any pulldowns or fields. Thoughts?

Hey there,
Have look at the following support doc. You have completed most of the steps in the document but, at the end it references the fix for the issue you appear to have.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/get-paypal-button-code/
Hope this helps.

There is also this support doc that covers the same topic in step by step fashion:

Thanks …. I was able to make that work.
So it appears that there is no way to make a paypal pulldown work with WordPress, correct? Paypal doesn’t appear to allow you to set up a paypal hosted page with pulldowns for multiple payment levels. Only lets you set it up for pulldowns on your website, which WordPress won’t allow.
I guess I’ll just have to set up different paypal buttons for different payment levels.
Please let me know if you have a different way where what I want to do might work.
Thanks for the help.

Glad you got things working with the button.
I think your best bet is different buttons for different levels. The pulldowns don’t appear to be an option.
