Trying to Add Semplice

    In the WordPress dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Themes > Add New.
    Click on Upload Theme, then Browse/Choose File and select the semplice_studio.zip file.
    Click Install Now and Semplice will be uploaded and installed.
    Once the theme is installed, click Activate to make Semplice your active theme.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    A theme can’t be uploaded and installed on a WordPress.com hosted site. However, there are a lot of themes already available that you can activate. Also, with the Premium plan, you can use custom CSS to change the look of the theme.

    If you really want to use the Semplice theme, then that involves registering a domain, buying hosting, and setting up a site using the free software from WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/
