trying to cancel a automatic renewel within 48 hour period

My charge isnt coming up in Billing History, which is keeping me from canceling it within the 48 hour timeframe, so I can receive a refund.
According to paypal you have charge me , but I’m not seeing it directly on wordpress. Can you help?
