Trying to cancel account

  My account was automatically renewed and I have not used this web page ever. While I am trying to cancel my account, it is not letting me click on the “next” button. Instead I can only click on “no thanks, I’ll keep it”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m happy to help with this. I just want to confirm, you want to cancel and refund both the Premium Plan and domain mapping upgrades for amandasacksyogadotcom.wordpress.com, correct?

  I just also need to clarify that the Unlimited Premium Themes included in your Premium Plan will then also be removed. As your site is currently using a Premium Theme, Huntt, your site’s theme will revert to a free theme once I cancel the plan.

  Hi! Thank you for responding. Yes exactly. I want to cancel and refund my premium plan. I have never used the website so I do not need it or any of the unlimited premium themes.

  Thanks for confirming. I’ve cancelled and refunded your plan. You should receive the refund in about 10 business days.
