Trying to cancel an auto renewed subscription.

I’ve followed the instructions to clock on Purchases, but Im not seeing anything I can click on to cancel my subscription. It’s blank under Active Upgrades, Billing History and Payment methods.

- Confirm You’re in the Right Account: Log out and back in with the email you used to purchase.
- Check Your Email for Receipts: Look for “WordPress.com” receipts—those confirm the account.
- Clear Browser Cache or Try Another Browser: Caching issues can hide content.
- If You Still Can’t See Purchases: Use the Help → Contact Support link in your dashboard to ask a Happiness Engineer to verify and cancel any hidden subscriptions.
With no active upgrades listed, there’s nothing to cancel on that page.

That usually means you are logged in to the wrong account.If and only if that charge is coming from wordpress.com, just go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to determine that charge. Once determined you can contact the Billing Team.
