Trying to cancel an old account

Hi. I am trying to cancel an old WordPress site, that I had the site was called ‘side street chef’ but I changed the name of the site and can’t remember what is was changed the name to, and I cannot find a way to cancel, I do not have the email address that I used for the site or the password,
I have been charged Again for a site that I thought I had cancelled 2 years ago,
I entered these details on the transaction form, but it keeps coming up that there is a problem.
can you please advise me how to cancel this site, to avoid this annual charge

The transaction ID looks incomplete there. You should contact your bank to help you locate the full transaction ID.

Hi, I have contacted my bank and they do not have a full transaction ID number for the payment, which means I cannot fill in the locate transaction form,
Can you please advise me how I can solve this issue
