Trying To Cancel An Order

Hi, I bought a domain through WP 8/28, and have changed my mind the same day. I tried to cancel my order immediately, as I read that I could do so within 48 hrs. I have emailed WP support twice since then, with no response. I cannot find an alternative method of contacting any sort of “Help Desk”.
I am very frustrated at this point. I just want to get in touch with someone or something that can show me the progress of if my email was even received. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

As your communication with support Staff will be dated within the 48 hour period of time you can relax and know that Staff will refund your money. As soon as they can they will contact you. Thanks so much for being patient.

Thank you for your response. Though, I’m not concerned whether WP would refund me the money, because I had assumed they would go by the date of my official request (email).
My biggest concern now is that there is a complete lack of communication on WP’s end, so I’m sort of left here twiddling my thumbs. I was really looking for a very rough time line of how long it would take for the process to go through – days? weeks?, or even a response to let me know that they are looking at my request right now (or a rough estimate of *when* they will be able to look at my request). I’m only frustrated because no one can tell me what to expect, making planning impossible.
And, again, thank you for your help – appreciate it. If I sound a little cranky, it’s only because I’m frustrated.

Hi Chris, thank you for responding. I have also received an email, but am having trouble sending out a reply on that. I would like to cancel the order and receive my refund. If you can give me a rough idea of how long things will take – that would also be much appreciated.

It may take up to a week for the refund to be reflected on your statement.

Hi, Chris. The domain name has been cancelled – thank you for your help. I understand that the refund may take up to a week to be reflected on my statement, but I do have one more question. When I hit the order button, I had accidentally hit it twice, and I was billed twice for the same amount. When the refund comes in, I would make sure that I was refunded for both – if that doesn’t happen, is there someone I should contact? Or should I just come back to this forum?
