Trying to cancel and refund
-
Hi, I am following the cancel and refund procedure outlined by the refunds support page. When I click on “Cancel and Refund” link it takes me to a screen where is says I can cancel and I am within the window to get a refund. I click on the “Cancel and Refund” button on this page and it says “This upgrade cannot be cancelled” Can I please get help cancelling the domain and a refund?
Thank you for your time! The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I feel your pain! This is so frusturating. I am having the same problem as you are.
I did not authorize any charges and I can not cancel the charges as the confirm cancellation email directs me to the form to submit a cancellation.
This is ridiculous. I could not remove my credit card or delete my school project website, but I will vehemently refute these charges with PayPal or the bank and will be hesitant about using such a deceptive and misleading service as WordPress.
Please note, my blog site has been inactive for over 273 days. There is no “design” that I could possibly be using, but they are charging me $30 and I did not renew. The website I own right now is a black screen with the following error message: </ “Uh oh! Your blog’s domain juliekelemen.com expired 263 days ago!
The domain juliekelemen.com was last renewed on April 30, 2014.
However, this domain name expired on Thursday, April 30, 2015. It needs to be renewed every year to stay active or otherwise it will be lost. Please ask support to renew juliekelemen.com before it’s too late:
