Trying to cancel but they're on downtime?
-
Trying to cancel my account within the two days of purchase but it says they are on down time until Sept 18th when I hit the cancel button. Is there any way to cancel other than that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
I have added the modlook tag so that a Staff member can help you with your request. In the meantime, if you don’t have already, please have a look at the relevant support guide about canceling upgrades and refunds.

Howdy :)
I can help you with this. Please confirm that you want to cancel mommalittlebugblog.com. Once we do that, it may be impossible for you to regain ownership of it in the future. If you have plans on using this domain again, let me know.

Thanks for confirming.
Since you plan to keep using the domain, my advice is to not cancel it. Cancelling it runs the risk of someone else registering the domain, and you’d lose ownership of it.
Instead, you can transfer the domain to a new domain provider. Here’s how you do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/
Or, an easier option is to edit the name servers on the domain to point it to the new provider. Here are the instructions for that option: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/change-name-servers/
The domain needs to remain active and registered for either option. Please get back to me with any further questions about this.

That was supposed to say I do not have plans to use it in the future. I would like to cancel please

Ok, no problem! Thanks for clarifying that information. I’ve cancelled mommalittlebugblog.com on your behalf and processed the $26 refund. These funds should reach you in about ten days.
