trying to cancel/delete site but keep getting an error

    I keep trying to cancel/delete my site but it says I have ‘premium features’ enabled and I have to remove them first. looks like maybe it’s the theme purchase from 5 years ago? Can you please remove this so I can delete the site?

    Yes, a member of staff is required to remove a “never expiring” premium theme before you will be able to delete your site. The modlook tag has been added for staff assistance but there may be a delay as less staff are available at the weekend.

    @stevenheintz    , If we remove the theme for you, you won’t be able to get it back. If you’ll confirm you understand, we’ll go ahead and remove the theme for you, then you can delete the site.

    Do note too, though, that if you delete the site, its name will not become available again, so do not use that option to “start over”.

    Another option is to simply make site private — no one except you could access it, and only when you are logged in.
