trying to cancel mirror theme

  i cancelled the rest of WordPress. the only thing left is to cancel the mirror theme, but it doesn’t let me do it. this is the message i get instead: Unable to cancel upgrade because of missing subscription in WordPress. what should i do? I’d like my refund.
