Trying to Cancel Premium as I have transfered over to WordPress.org

I believe I am within my 30 days and Premium was not what I needed for my business website. I’ve transferred over to WordPress.org. I went into my WordPress.com account and canceled. Went to my email and clicked the link and this was the message I received:
Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.Any help is very appreciated.

Sorry you had trouble with that. I’ve refunded your purchase. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
