Trying to cancel purchase

    Hi. I purchased a wordpress account and cancelled within 48 hours. Not only is it over a month later but I’ve tried to cancel twice more and can get no confirmation or a refund onto my credit card. I do not know where to go or who to ask because there doesn’t seem to be an email for customer support.
    When I cancel it asks me for a reason why and then it says I will get a confirmation link in my email. I get no link and I don’t think anyone of customer support end is getting or reading my reason for cancelling, because I have stated these frustrations the last two times I’ve tried to cancel.

    Please help I don’t want to pay for a website I am not using, and I don’t want it to renew automatically every year.

    thats why i use a single use credit card i get from the supermarket, for $3
    it’s worth the peace of mind, that if it goes wrong there will be no money left in the account to be defrauded of, since i only topped it up with the right amount, and you can only uses them once

    It seems the cancellation didn’t go through. You currently have a premium upgrade with a registered domain (strangelittlewords.com). You can choose to keep the domain and cancel the rest of the upgrade, or cancel it all together. Note that domain cancellation means that you are giving up ownership of the domain and it may not be available for registration any time soon.

    Hi Kardotim,

    I would like to keep the domain name and cancel the rest. I also have another premium upgrade that I would like to cancel. (Houseofsweeney.com) If it’s too late to cancel that one then I just need the automatic renewal turned off.

    I will keep the ownership of the domain name strangelittlewords.

    I’ve just canceled the premium upgrade and left the domain in your account. I also sent a partial refund of $99-$26 = $73.

    The premium upgrade for houseofsweeney.com is registered under a different account and I don’t see any cancellation request there. However, you can disable auto renewal at https://houseofsweeney.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
