    Trying to cancel renewal of domain, but the only option that comes up on ‘manage purchases’ is to upgrade…

    Hi there,

    The domain on your site was bought by another username on the site, dasbeanstalk. You will need to log in as the user to make any changes to the domain, including cancelling it. Once you are logged in as that username you should be able to cancel the domain from the Purchases page.
