Trying to cancel subscription, cannot locate account info/email

    This is not the account that is associated with what I’m trying to cancel.

    I have not been using WordPress services for many years and I’m looking to cancel these recurring payments that are occurring. Unfortunately, I cannot locate what email(s) I’ve used to set up this subscription or website. If you are able to locate the account based off of the transaction details provided below that would be helpful, thank you.

    Please see below for referenced recurring payments:
    1) Transaction date – 09/16/24

    To restore access to the account owning that subscription, you must use the transaction id as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    I have the contact email and the transaction IDs, but I do not have the website URL that is required to recover the information.
    Please advise on next steps to recover my account to cancel the subscription.
