Trying to Cancel trial

    Hi im trying to cancel my free trial as i have decided to host the domain elsewhere so i can customize the website more through wordpress.
    I really dont want to cop the $99 payment.
    Every time i click cancel and click on the confirmation email it says error.
    Can someone please help.

    Hi there. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then log back in and try to cancel it again. If that doesn’t work, let us know.

    Hang on. I see you have a custom domain, so that’s probably what’s causing the problem – if it’s been more than 48 hours since registration you can’t cancel a custom domain yourself. I’ll tag this for staff to follow up.
