Trying to Cancel Upgrade

  I have two domains on WordPress that I’m trying to cancel upgrades on. When I click on cancel this upgrade nothing happens. Please help me with this issue.

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.   I’m trying to completely delete them. But when I click on cancel upgrade a blank screen pops up and nothing happens.

  Those aren’t domains. The top level domain here is wordpress.com and all blogs hosted here are on .wordpress.com sub-domains.

  What are these upgrades? Are you referring to canceling 14 day free trials?

  They are domain mapping upgrades.

  Hi there,

  Sorry for the trouble! I just cancelled and refunded those domain mapping upgrades for you. It may take some time for those refunds to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipts in your Billing History.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
