Trying to cancel VaultPress

  For over a month we have been trying to cancel VaultPress.

  It says to Go to “Purchases” to add or cancel a plan.
  When you go there it only offers to update your plan

  I cancelled the credit card in July and it still charged me August 2, 2016

  How to remove that August bill and cancel VaultPress?

  Love WordPress, but don’t need VaultPress, using another plugin
